Workshops & Programs (including the MEE Method and live events): refunds may be available up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. After sessions begin, fees are non-refundable.

1:1 Mentorship & EFT Sessions: require at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Specific refund or cancellation terms will always be displayed at the point of purchase.

Because of the nature of our work, we’ve outlined clear policies to ensure fairness for you while also protecting the time, energy, and resources it takes to provide these services.
1. Digital Products (Soul Vitamins, Guides, Medicine Cabinet Resources)
All digital products — including Soul Vitamin upgrades, guides, and other downloadable or instant-access resources — are non-refundable once purchased, due to the immediate delivery of the content.
2. Group Programs, Workshops & Retreats
For live group programs (including the Make Everything Easier Method) and workshops:

You may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase if the program has not yet started.

After that period, all payments are non-refundable.

At our discretion, we may issue a credit toward a future program or offering.
3. Private Mentorship & EFT Sessions
For one-on-one mentorship and EFT sessions:

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions canceled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled.

Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable.
4. General Terms
