What happens when we turn our attention to the breath?

What happens when we connect and invite ourselves to take a deeper breath?

Some claim that using our breath we can promote self healing, relaxation, and deepen our spiritual growth.

Some say breath is the doorway to a higher state of consciousness.

At the most fundamental state, breath is our anchor: we take a deep breath before we start a rigorous task, we take a deep breath before we start a challenging conversation, we start to deepen our breath both in and out as we move into acceptance of difficult situations.

What happens when we turn our mind on the breath first? Use our breath to find center, calm, exploration, or just the loveliness of being?

Comment and share whatever is there for you as you dive deeper in breath and open up to yourself, body, mind, and soul.
